This may include your name, job title, company, postal/billing address, telephone number, e-mail address, and any project-related content or credentials you supply.
We also gather aggregate website analytics (e.g. page views, referrer, device type) via cookies or similar tracking technologies. These statistics do not personally identify you.

• to send project or system notifications and occasional marketing updates (you can opt-out at any time)
• to improve our website, Services and customer experience

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil these purposes or meet legal obligations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

Information is stored in secure cloud systems (Zoho Mail, Odoo CRM, encrypted backups) and accessible only to authorised NullGlitch personnel and contractors bound by confidentiality agreements. We use strong passwords, two-factor authentication and encryption in transit to protect against unauthorised access.

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. Data is shared only:

• with trusted third-party providers (e.g. payment gateways, hosting platforms) strictly for Service delivery; or
• where required by New Zealand law or court order.

Some providers may host data outside New Zealand; in such cases, we ensure it receives protection comparable to NZ privacy standards.

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask for corrections, by e-mailing privacy@nullglitch.co.nz.

If you are not satisfied with our response to any privacy-related query, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
